Job Description

Marketing coordinator is to manage all daily activities of company marketing dept.

2. Research to identify company clients and competition.
3. Coordinate events including speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits.
4. Planning and concept development and execution of print and media campaigns
5. Maintain organization Web site up to date the pictures, announcements, online once per   week .
6. Develops and provides marketing and public relations programs.
7. Plans and implements marketing and public relations programs to increase membership growth   and retention.
8. Designs and implements plans to market events and products.
9. Works in coordination with the Events and Education Coordinators on marketing events.
10. Maintains database of company media contacts.
11. Invites media for events and serves as onsite media contact.
12. Maintains database of company advertising contacts.
13. Designs, negotiates, and buys advertising in local media
