Responsible for new product development and existing product improvement; Understand the market trend and acceptability, and develop new and innovative product concept; Conduct trial on new product and handle new product implementation; Consolidate the data and related documents of R&D stage. Bachelor Degree holder in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B industry, experience in procurement process for chain store is preferred; Good team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill; Good command of written and spoken English.
