Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse, drivers, and staff effectively.

Ensure warehouse health, safety, and cleanliness.

Schedule and coordinate driver shifts with management approval.

Plan and coordinate purchases, deliveries, and order routing.

Address staff issues and report to management as necessary.

Handle email inquiries from the central team.

Coordinate order-related communication with customer service.

Generate various reports including stock flow, driver trip reports, and KPI evaluations.

Manage vehicle maintenance, usage tracking, and cleanliness.

Process and dispatch overseas orders efficiently.

Handle driver applications and order status updates promptly.

Manage petty cash distribution and reporting.

Ensure timely submission of petty cash and invoice reports.

Process purchase orders promptly upon vendor drop-off.

Coordinate local market purchases after confirming with sales.

Receive and report on local vendor transactions promptly.

Monitor and report on stock aging and low inventory levels.

Communicate promptly with customer support regarding delivery and order issues.

Adhere to specified working hours and ensure timely order deliveries.

Working Hours and Days:

9 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Driver shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with pending orders to be delivered even after 10:00 PM when necessary
